What do I need to check in?

Please bring vaccination records, any medications, food, and any personal items.

You may bring beds, chew toys, or any manageable item that will enhance your pet’s stay.

We ask that for your pet’s safety, do not bring any glass or ceramic items. (While we take every possible precaution to return all belongings in good condition, we recommend cherished items stay at home).

What should I expect after my pet’s stay?

Your pet is about to have the best time ever and meet so many new BFFs (Best Furry Friends).

With that being said, they may sleep a little more when they get home or want extra dinner (or even eat less!). All of that is completely normal.

What vaccines are required?

The safety of your pet is our top priority.

For our canine family members, we will need proof of the DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines.

For our feline guests, we will need to see proof of a current FVRCP and Rabies vaccine.

Can I bring my own food?

YES and we highly encourage it!

The best thing for the health of your pet is to stay on their regular diet. Changing your dog’s diet may result in an upset stomach while staying with us.

Please leave bowls at home because we provide them for all of our guests.

Are reservations required?

Yes, reservations are required for boarding and grooming services. Reserve online or contact us today!

We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible, especially during busy times of the year.

What if my pet needs veterinary care while staying at Advantage Pet Center?

If your pet needs veterinary care during his or her stay, Advantage Pet Center and Resort will try to consult with your pet’s primary veterinarian. If this is not possible, we work with several local veterinarians to resolve any immediate medical situation that may arise.

At Advantage Pet Center, our goal is to be the best place for your pet when they aren’t at home, and that means ensuring a happy, healthy and safe environment.

We are pleased to offer the Advantage Pet Center Health Care Commitment Program, in which Advantage Pet Center will reimburse you up to $500 for eligible expenses incurred while your pet is under our care. When you bring your pet to Advantage Pet Center, you are automatically enrolled in this program and will be eligible to receive this reimbursement for any treatment or diagnosis provided by your licensed veterinarian for any eligible incident that occurred during your pet’s stay or up to 5 days after their departure.

For more details regarding the program and to sign the Health Care Commitment, please contact us.
