Points are earned by account owner on the subtotal value of all fully-paid invoices for line items including reservations and additional services, retail and point of sale items, open line items and packages. Points are valid for one year from date earned, may be utilized at any location within the brand, for any pet on the account, and are only redeemable at checkout. Points have no cash value. Loyalty credits may only be redeemed in $5 increments and may not be used for retail purchases.
